GENERAL CONDITIONS

The lessor is the charterer/owner of the boat being rented: Medvolt M7 2022 of 7.30 meters, 10 kW electric motor and 20 kW batteries, registration 6o, whose name is ABUELA ISABEL, with SEVEN plus ONE being the maximum number of people authorized to board.
Second.
The LESSOR will provide a Skipper, being in possession of the knowledge, experience and qualification required for navigation. The rented vessel can be governed solely and exclusively by the indicated Skipper, this being the only one authorized to do so.
Third.
The boat and its crew are insured by an insurance company, which covers any accident that occurs on board the boat. The LESSOR will not be responsible for injuries, personal or material damage caused as a result of accidents that occur in relation to diving, swimming or any other activity that has not been expressly contracted by the LESSEE with the LESSOR, within the optional activities that the LESSOR provides. offers.
Quarter.
The agreed price and services will be those agreed in the contract. The price includes civil liability and occupant insurance, an assortment of various drinks, ice, paddle surf board, and equipment for snorkeling.
Not included in price: meals, alcoholic beverages and any other unspecified concept.
Regarding the method of payment: Through electronic payment upon contracting.
Fifth.
The LESSEE undertakes to follow the guidelines for maritime safety and protection of the marine environment suggested by the Skipper of the vessel.
Friday.
Smoking, throwing any type of object or waste into the sea, cooking, or transporting any animal is not permitted on board.
The seventh
In case of negligence, mistreatment of the vessel, non-compliance with the Law or the clauses of this contract, the LESSOR is granted the ability to instantly terminate the contract, leaving the amounts paid in favor of the LESSOR as compensation.
Eighth.
Minors must always be accompanied or supervised by an adult and not under the responsibility of the crew.
EMBARKATION AND DISEMBARKATION
The start of the rental of the boat that is the subject of this contract will be on the day and time indicated in the contract, in the Port of Alcudia, the end of the rental of the boat mentioned above will be on the same day at the time indicated in the contract, in the Port of Alcudia. For any extension or variation of the schedule, consultation and agreement with the LESSOR will be necessary. The Lease Agreement will not be considered terminated until the vessel has been returned to the entity's personnel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Booking and Deposit: When booking an activity via our app more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled date, the user is required to pay a deposit of €99 to secure their booking. The user must pay the remaining balance 7 days before the activity.
2. Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: If the user cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled date of the activity, the €99 deposit will be refunded in full.
3. Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours in advance: If the user cancels their booking between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled date of the activity, they will forfeit 50% of the amount paid (total price of the activity).
4. Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice: If the user cancels their booking with less than 48 hours’ notice, no further refund will be made.
5. Changes to the booking: Changes to the booking are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
6. Bad weather:
If the charter cannot take place due to bad weather conditions, the charter company must issue a ‘voucher’ to the customer, allowing them to enjoy the activity within the next 365 calendar days.
